this was also another childhood book from my past i was in love with the movie but never realized it was a book until a couple years after the movie came out but its still a great read about a brother and sister search for there father after his plain crashes on one of the worst mountain passes known to man and the brother and sister found him alive and came across a polar bear that helped them find the way.
When their bush pilot father's plane vanishes during a blizzard, two children set out to rescue him, aided only by an orphan polar bear cub
